WHO WE ARE

Through Steve Malfatti’s extensive background in construction, he determined there was a need for a raised subfloor system that would keep basement floors dry and protect the surface from moisture. Steve consulted with Greg Holowaty to come up with the technical specifications for the product and help to create an efficient design. Together they have developed the unique (patent approved) product into a lightweight, easy to install product that can provide a multitude of benefits in many different applications.
